Mubarak Malik

Mubarak Malik has been working in the sports and performance industry since 2006. Mubarak began their career as a Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Pittsburgh Pirates. In 2010, they became a Performance Specialist for EXOS. In 2013, they were hired as the Director of Performance for the New York Knicks, Inc. In 2019, they joined Ladder as a Sports Performance Advisor. Most recently, in 2020, they became the Founder/CEO of Drink Barcode, the first plant based, all natural, adaptogen powered performance beverage. The beverage also has an AR enabled consumer experience that delivers interactive content.

Mubarak Malik obtained their B.S in Exercise Science from West Chester University between 2001 and 2005. Mubarak then went on to pursue an M.S in Human Movement from A.T. Still University between 2007 and 2008.
