Albert Kong

Albert Kong has several years of experience in data analytics, finance, and operations. Albert is currently working as a Senior Manager in Data Analytics and Data Engineering at Hint Inc. Previously, they worked at KARL STORZ as a Senior Analyst, where they created data models and dashboards for sales and gross profit analysis. Albert also converted cash flow reports into Power BI dashboards. Prior to that, Albert worked as a Finance Analyst at MeriCal®, where they led projects to create customized Power BI dashboards for different departments. Albert also worked as a Data Analyst at Quest Nutrition, where they created ad-hoc reports and dashboards for inventory, sales, and cost accounting. Albert has also worked as a Business Analyst at MIRAMAR PRODUCTIONS LLC, creating data visualization dashboards and KPIs for various business metrics. Albert started their career at Herbalife, first as a Supervisor in Deployment Operations overseeing shipments to multiple countries, and then as a Senior Transportation Analyst managing transportation arrangements for over 40 countries. Albert also has experience in product development, working as a Product Development lead at Zabin Group. Albert worked closely with factories in China and used SAP for creating new products and managing inventory.

Albert Kong is currently enrolled in Western Governors University, pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Computer Science. Albert is expected to complete their education at the university in 2022.

In addition to their degree program, Albert has obtained two certifications. In July 2021, they received the CompTIA Project+ certification from CompTIA. Prior to that, in June 2021, they obtained the IT Information Library Foundations Certification (ITIL) from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
