Jeff Dorst

Jeff Dorst currently serves as the Managing Director and Head of Liability Management in the Financial Restructuring Group at Houlihan Lokey since August 2009, specializing in early stage restructuring, capital structure solutions, and liability management. Additionally, Jeff is a Corporate Action Advisor to The Credit Roundtable and has presented for the European Leverage Finance Association. In recent years, Jeff has held several investment roles, including Director of Capital Markets at Pivt Enterprise and investor in multiple companies such as NEOH USA and Hint Inc. Previous experience includes serving as Executive Director in Debt Capital Markets at UBS, where Jeff played a pivotal role in advising and executing a significant debt exchange for Argentina. Jeff holds a BS in Computer Science from Bucknell University.
