Michael Thomas has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Michael started their career at Butterball, LLC in 1987, where they held various roles such as Key Account Manager, District Deli Manager, and Product Manager. Michael then moved on to Bryan Foods, Inc. in 1994, working as the Southeastern Regional Deli Manager. From 1996 to 2001, they worked at Butterball, LLC again as the Regional Strategic Planner - Technology. Following that, they joined Tyson Foods as the Regional Business Development Manager, focusing on new product development. In 2005, they became a Sales Development Manager at Blue Ridge Farms - Chloe Foods. From 2008 to 2019, they worked as the National Account Manager at Spalding, responsible for new business development. Currently, they serve as the Director of Partnerships at PATHWATER, focusing on cobranding opportunities within the sporting goods industry, professional leagues, colleges, and universities. Through their roles, they have gained extensive experience in sales, business development, product management, and strategic planning.

Michael Thomas attended Florida State University from 1981 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
