Steve Lockshin

Steve Lockshin is a technology and financial services entrepreneur with extensive experience in modernizing estate planning and investment advisory services. As the Founder and Chairman of Vanilla since April 2019, Steve is focused on leveraging technology for estate planning. Additionally, Steve founded AdvicePeriod in February 2014, a brand utilized by Mariner, LLC, which provides investment advisory services. Steve holds board positions with PATHWATER and previously served on the boards of Just Invest, LLC, and Carson Wealth Management Group. Active in professional organizations, Steve is a member of both the Chief Executives Organization and the Young Presidents' Organization. Steve's prior advisory roles include contributions to MasonPay, Advizr, and Quovo, with a background in technology and management acquired through a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland.
