Chris Peart

Chris Peart currently serves as the Singapore General Manager for drinks99, a position held since November 2023. Prior to this role, Chris was the General Manager at Proof & Company for 28 HKS from August 2021 to November 2023 and provided food and beverage consulting for various projects earlier in 2021. Experience includes Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at Kempinski Hotels and EDITION, along with pre-opening responsibilities as the Director of Bars at EDITION. Chris has also held managerial positions at Rosewood Hotel Group, Swire Hotels, and Six Senses Hotels Resorts Spas, and worked as a beverage consultant starting from 2012. Chris holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Queensland University of Technology, obtained between 2006 and 2008.
