Mere Ours

Mere Ours has held a variety of roles in the finance and operations field. Mere began their career in 2007 as the HR and Administrative Manager at Back to Earth, Inc., where they managed all Human Resources, Staffing, Payroll and Administrative tasks. Mere was also responsible for providing administrative support to management and managing events. In 2012, they were promoted to Director of Operations at Back to Earth, Inc., where they managed all company financials, cash flow, use of credit, financial reporting, and organizational strategy. In 2013, they moved to Deloitte & Touche as an Audit and Assurance Senior, specializing in working with startups and other smaller to mid-size companies. Most recently, they have held the roles of Controller and Senior Accounting Manager at DripDrop Hydration since 2018.

Mere Ours holds a Master of Science (MS) in Accounting from the Lucas Graduate School of Business at San Jose State University, as well as a B.A. in Organizational Communication and Labor Studies from Rutgers University.
