Kavan Lee is a seasoned tax professional currently serving as the Sr. Director of International Tax at Driscoll's. Previously, Kavan held positions such as Sr. Director - International Tax & Strategy at Align Technology and International Counsel at Palantir Technologies. With extensive experience in international tax planning, transfer pricing, and M&A support, Kavan played a pivotal role in managing global tax strategies at Gilead Sciences and Synopsys Inc. Kavan earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business-Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles, and a JD & LLM in Law from Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law.
