Vasco Costa is an experienced HR Director and Senior HR Business Partner with a strong background in quality management and leadership. They have held various roles, including Senior HR Manager EMEA at Driscoll's, where they led human resources functions and developed policies to optimize employee performance. Vasco previously worked as a Worker Welfare Coordinator at Asperbras - Congo, where they established the Department of Social Work Services and designed programs to enhance employee welfare and community health.
