Asmita Deekshit

Asmita Deekshit is a student at the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, pursuing a Master's in Social Work with a focus on Rural Development. Previously, Asmita held the position of Community Capacity Head at DRISHTEE, overseeing projects related to sustainable livelihood and women's entrepreneurship. They interned at Astha Sansthan and Yug Bharti Sansthan, gaining experience in social work, community engagement, and rural development. Asmita also contributed to various initiatives through roles such as Sub-Head Finance at E-Cell TISS Tuljapur and Project Intern at Gujarat Livelihood Promotion Company Ltd. Prior to their graduate studies, Asmita earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting and Finance from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University.
