Drishti Netralaya was founded in 1988 by Dr. Ramesh Kumar Agarwalla, one of North-Eastern India’s visionary ophthalmologists. What started as a small clinic in 1988, we realized the need for specialized eye care in the North-East. We are the first hospital in Upper Assam to be fully accredited under NABH ECO Standards. We have also been recognized as a Bronze certified Ayushman Bharat Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana Hospital by National Health Authority & Quality Council of India.
