Ricky's career also includes a tenure as Plant Manager at both Tenneco and Eaton, where they focused on fostering engaging work environments and achieving strategic goals. Ricky holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from East Carolina University and is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management at Webster University.
