Ben Bauer

Ben Bauer currently serves as an Information Technology Field Technician at Drive & Shine Inc, where responsibilities include providing on-site IT support across Indiana and Michigan, troubleshooting networks, and installing various IT hardware. Prior to this role, Ben Bauer worked at MapleTronics Computers Inc. in several capacities, including Network Operations Center Technician and Depot Services Technician, providing support through phone calls, ticketing systems, and on-site services, as well as diagnosing computer issues and servicing both clients and internet service configurations. Ben Bauer holds an Associate’s Degree in Computer Information Technology from Ivy Tech Community College and a high school diploma from Concord Community High School.
