André Perret has over three decades of diverse experience in the transportation industry, beginning as a certified travel consultant in Switzerland and Canada before transitioning to a successful career as a professional transport driver and owner/operator. Since founding THE ROAD-SCHOLAR in 1993, they have focused on compliance and risk management services for transportation companies across Canada, while also serving as the Director of Compliance & Risk Management for the Drive Star Group of Companies since 2005. With a commitment to safety, André has accumulated over 1,000,000 accident and claims-free miles and continues to stay engaged as an independent contract driver, averaging 15,000 miles annually. Residing in Prince Edward Island since mid-2020, they continue to advance their professional contributions through various roles and services in the industry.
