Amber Burr has over a decade of work experience. Starting in 2007, they worked as a Waitress at Applebee's. In 2011, they changed roles to become a Photo Specialist at Walgreens. In 2012, they became a Sales Consultant at Lou Fusz Fiat of Metro East. In 2013, they became an Internet Sales Manager at Lou Fusz Chevrolet. In 2017, they changed roles to become a Customer Service Specialist at FedEx Office. Finally, in 2019, they became a Customer Success Manager at DriveCentric, and later a Lead Customer Success Manager and a Customer Success Operations Manager.

Amber Burr attended St. Charles Community College from 2018 to 2021, where they earned an Associate of Arts and Sciences - AAS in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. Amber is currently enrolled in Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, and is also taking classes at Southwestern Illinois College.
