Drew Adler has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. In 2012, they worked as a Social Chairmen for Kappa Alpha Order and a Sales Associate for PRO Builders L.L.C. In 2013, they worked as a Bartender and Barback for Bengals Bar & Grill. In 2014, they worked as a President and Sales Executive for The Odyssey // Olympia Media Group. In 2015, they worked as a Technical Recruiter for Insight Global and a Ticket Sales Intern for St. Louis Cardinals. Finally, in 2016, they worked as a Director of Operations, Product Operations Manager, Product Manager, Lead Customer Success Manager, and Implementation Specialist for DriveCentric.

Drew Adler received a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sports Management from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2015. Prior to that, they attended DeSmet Jesuit High School from 2007 to 2011.
