Patrick Brown has been employed in the customer service and logistics industries since 2017. Patrick began their career as a Warehouse Worker at Pilot Freight Services in 2017. In 2018, they moved to Target, where they worked as a Tech Consultant. In 2020, they joined DriveCentric, where they have held the roles of Customer Success Manager and Lead Customer Success Manager.

Patrick Brown attended St. Charles Community College from 2017 to 2019, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Business Administration and Management, General. Patrick was awarded the A+ Scholarship for their studies. Patrick then continued their education at the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, where they are currently pursuing a degree in Communications with a focus on Marketing.
