Caroline Carpenter

Caroline Carpenter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in stakeholder engagement, marketing communications, and education. As Managing Director at DRIVEN360 since October 2025, Caroline oversees organizational operations and strategies. Prior to this role, Caroline served as a Stakeholder Engagement and Outreach Consultant at the DOE Loan Programs Office from October 2024 to July 2025. Caroline’s career also includes positions at Siemens in Public Affairs and in various roles at ARPR, advancing from Account Manager to Senior Account Manager. Earlier experience includes working as a Marketing Communications Specialist at AMI, a tutor for student-athletes at Auburn University, and a Graduate Teaching Assistant. Caroline began her career as an Electronic Media Intern with the Auburn Alumni Association, and earned a Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations from Auburn University.
