We are DRIVEN by …

… Innovation
At DRIVEN Investment, we focus on creative and forward-looking approaches to real estate development. Our projects, such as the life science campus "FUHUB" in Berlin or our district development in Fürstenwalde, stand for our innovative strength and our commitment to making the real estate sector future-proof.

… Sustainability
Each of our projects is developed with an eco-friendly future in mind. Just as the FUHUB is Germany's first laboratory and office building in timber hybrid construction, we see it as our task to integrate our new and future-oriented concepts into the real estate landscape.

… Integrity
Trust and transparency form the backbone of our corporate philosophy. These values inspire us to interact honestly and respectfully with our partners and customers and to always act responsibly.

… Team Spirit
Our team is at the heart of DRIVEN Investment. Each and every one of us contributes to the success of our projects with their expertise, passion and dedication. Under the guidance of experienced leaders, we work hand in hand to turn our visions into reality.

… Engagement
We value dialogue and collaboration with our stakeholders. Your interest and perspectives are a valuable source of inspiration and motivation for us.

… Numbers
Our projects not only reflect our ambition and commitment, but also reflect our successes in concrete figures. At 7 locations, we have more than 230,000 m² of usable space under construction or realisation – this corresponds to a project development value of approx. € 650 million.
