Bill Patten

Bill Patten is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in franchise development and retail operations, currently serving as the Sr. Director, Franchise Development at Driven Brands Inc. since July 2019. In this role, Bill is instrumental in expanding the Driven Glass footprint across Canada through licensing initiatives for various brands. Previous positions include Director of Franchise Business Development and Retail Operations at Uniban Canada, Director of Retail Operations, and Director of Corporate Stores, where Bill managed operations and growth during challenging periods, such as the pandemic. His career includes significant managerial roles at Matco Tools, Penske Truck Leasing, National Car Rental, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Bill holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Brock University and is currently pursuing a Global MBA through the University of London. Additional training includes certifications as a Glass Technician.
