Damien Harmon

Damien Harmon is currently the Executive Vice President and President of North America at Subway, where they focus on empowering teams and fostering unity within the organization. Damien also serves as a Board Member at Driven Brands Inc. Previously, they held multiple leadership roles at Best Buy, including Sr. Executive Vice President, and have extensive experience in operations as the Chief Operations Officer at Bridgestone Retail Operations, LLC, and as President at GCR Tires & Service. They began their career as a District Manager at Sprint PCS. Damien studied at Augustana University from 1997 to 1999.
