Hugh Michael Quinlan has held various marketing and leadership roles throughout their career. Hugh Michael is currently working as the Senior Director of Marketplace Marketing & Experience at Driven Brands Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Marketing at Highline Warren, where they were responsible for developing marketing strategies and managing eCommerce sites. Hugh Michael also held the position of Vice President of Marketing at Life Jacket Solutions and Director of Marketing at Malibu Boats. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Marketing Manager at AutoZone and held multiple roles at Storage USA/GE Capital, including Director of Compliance & Risk, Marketing Manager, Revenue Manager, and Human Resources Manager/Analyst.

Hugh Michael Quinlan obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The University of Memphis, where they studied from 1995 to 1997. Before that, they pursued Business Administration and Management studies at The Master's University from 1992 to 1995.
