Lindsey Ramirez, MSHRM, is an accomplished compensation and human resources professional with extensive experience in managing compensation programs and leading HR initiatives. Currently serving as Manager of Field Compensation at Driven Brands Inc., Lindsey oversees a portfolio of over 70 bonus and commission programs for more than 10,000 employees and leads the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors for incentive management. Previous roles include Senior Total Rewards Analyst and Manager of HR Service Center at Driven Brands, and Training Delivery Manager at Spectrum Enterprise, where successful training programs were conducted for around 1,400 employees. Lindsey has also held various positions in human resources and support functions across companies such as Electrolux Major Appliances, Signature Consultants, and Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Human Resources Strategic Management from Bellevue University and a Bachelor’s degree with a minor in Psychology and American Studies from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
