Mai Tien, CMA, currently serves as a Senior Financial Analyst at Driven Brands Inc. since June 2022, focusing on month-end closing, financial reporting, budgeting, and variance analysis for brands such as MAACO, FIX AUTO, and ABRA. Prior experience includes working as an Accountant at HGK Partners LLP, where responsibilities encompassed full cycle accounting and corporate tax return preparation, and as a Business Controller at L'Oréal, managing budgeting, P&L reviews, and financial statements for brands like SHU UEMURA and KIEHL’S. Additional roles at L'Oréal included Supply & Demand Planner and Management Trainee, covering areas such as supply management and project implementation. Mai Tien holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Finance from RMIT University and has passed CFA Level 1.
