Micaela Rindos

Micaela (Mocilnikar) Rindos has a strong background in internal audit and controls. Micaela is currently working as the Vice President & Chief Audit Executive at Driven Brands Inc., where they built and leads the global Internal Audit function. Prior to this, they served as the Director & Chief Audit Executive at Wolfspeed, where they transformed the Internal Audit team and executed operational, IT, and strategic audits. Micaela also has experience at ABB, Lenovo, ExxonMobil, and Estudio Benitez & Asociados, where they played key roles in internal control, audit, accounting, and financial analysis.
