Michelle Appleyard

Michelle Appleyard is an experienced HR professional currently serving as VP of People Services at Driven Brands Inc. since February 2018, after holding positions as Sr. Director and Director of Field Human Resources. With a strong focus on fostering relationships with senior business leaders, Michelle provides strategic HR direction and collaborates with Centers of Excellence and Shared Service Centers to develop tailored HR solutions. Prior to Driven Brands, Michelle worked at Target from July 2005 to February 2018, where roles included Executive Team Leader for Human Resources and Group Training Leader, emphasizing talent assessment and development across numerous stores. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
