Nick Vincent

Nick Vincent serves as the Executive Vice President and Chief People Officer at Driven Brands Inc. since 2021, focusing on establishing HR operations and developing people strategies for a rapidly growing enterprise. Previously, Nick held the Chief Human Resources Officer role at Speyside Equity from 2018 to 2021, where strategic advisory and portfolio rebalancing were key responsibilities. Prior to that, Nick was the Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Arysta LifeScience from 2016 to 2018, leading the integration of multiple acquisitions. Nick also gained significant experience at Eaton between 2005 and 2016, advancing through roles from Vice President of Human Resources to Director of Human Resources, where strategic partnerships were emphasized. Education includes a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Clemson University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a double major in Management and Marketing from the University of South Carolina.
