Matthew Johnson

Matthew (Matt) Johnson is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Driven Distribution Group, a private equity backed aftermarket auto parts and accessory distributor. They previously served as Chief Operating Officer at Pep Boys (2021–2022) and as Chief Operating Officer at The Parts Authority (2018–2021). Earlier in their career, they held executive leadership roles including President at Altrom (Division of Genuine Parts Company) (2015–2018), President and Chief Operating Officer at Interamerican Motor Corporation (2012–2014), and President at Westborough Management Group, LLC (2010–2012). They earned an MBA from Wake Forest University (2008–2009) and are pursuing executive education at Emory University.
