Zachariah O'Brien

Zachariah O'Brien is an experienced Collaboration Engineer who has worked with various companies in the field. In 2011, they began their career as a Level 1 Triage Engineer at Optanix, where they provided customer support and conducted troubleshooting for Cisco IP Telephony and Route/Switch networks. Zachariah also served as a senior engineer on the Level 1 triage team, handling high-priority incidents.

From 2014 to 2016, Zachariah worked as a Customer Engineer at Optanix, where they were responsible for improving and maintaining positive customer relations. Zachariah provided troubleshooting and training documentation for managed services engineers and led the change management effort for a national grocery store chain.

Zachariah O'Brien's education history begins in 2009 when they attended Burton Ramer Technical Career Center. There, they studied Computer Systems with a focus on A+ certification until 2010. Following this, they pursued Computer Networking with a Cisco focus at the same institution from 2010 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Zachariah O'Brien has obtained several certifications. These include the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) in 2012, Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA) in 2013, and Cisco Certified Network Associate Collaboration (CCNA-C) in 2016.
