Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Group Business Development Director at Driven Worldwide Ltd since February 2009, Mike oversees global growth initiatives, sales and marketing strategy implementation, product design, and key account management. Previously, Mike held a Non-Executive Director position at Ross Insurance Group Limited, where responsibilities included mentoring the board on strategy development and corporate compliance. As the Director and Founder of My Lease, Mike established a vehicle finance brokerage catering to SMEs and individuals. Additional experience includes roles as Sales & Marketing Director at NCP Ltd, Sales Director at Hertz Lease, Head of Sales at LeasePlan, and Regional Sales Manager at UniChem Ltd. Mike's career began as a Floor Manager at Owen Owen after completing education at The King's School Worcester.
