Darlene Corrubia

Darlene Corrubia has a strong background in talent acquisition and recruiting. Darlene currently holds the position of Global Talent Acquisition Lead at DRIVENETS, where they are responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies for new markets. Darlene has successfully expanded the company's teams across multiple regions. Prior to their current role, Darlene worked as an Executive Search Consultant at Common Agenda for almost two decades. In this role, they partnered with executive stakeholders at various technology and networking companies to recruit talent at all levels. Darlene also worked as a Technical Recruiter/Staffing Manager at Tellium, where they played a key role in building the company's staff and preparing it for a successful IPO.

Darlene Corrubia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications, Cum Laude, from Rutgers University.
