Sigal Amano

Sigal Amano has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. Sigal is currently the VP Global Talent Acquisition at DRIVENETS since November 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director Global Talent Acquisition from October 2020 to November 2021. Sigal also worked as a Global Talent Acquisition Manager at DRIVENETS from February 2019 to October 2020.

Before joining DRIVENETS, Sigal worked as an HR Recruitment Manager at Team8 (Cybersecurity) from August 2017 to February 2019. Sigal was responsible for developing disruptive technologies and launching new cybersecurity companies.

Sigal also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at F5 Networks from November 2013 to August 2017, where they focused on application delivery networking products. Prior to that, they worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Akamai Technologies from June 2012 to November 2013, handling web traffic and delivering world-class solutions.

Sigal's earlier experience includes working as a Senior Technical Recruiter at RSA The Security Division of EMC from February 2012 to June 2012, and as a Recruiter & Employee Care Manager at Ex Libris from November 2007 to February 2012, specializing in library automation solutions. Sigal started their career as a Recruiter Coordinator at Shiluv from October 2006 to November 2007.

Sigal Amano obtained a Master's degree in Criminology from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, completing their studies from 2004 to 2006.
