Chuck Harper

Director of Partnerships at Driver Technologies

Chuck Harper has worked in the engineering and environmental services industry for over 17 years. Chuck began their career in 2004 as a Project Manager for Urban, Ltd. in Northern Virginia. In 2010, they moved to A. Morton Thomas as a Senior Project Manager, where they worked on multiple high-profile public projects for clients such as NAVFAC, Towson University, M-NCPPC, University of Maryland, NIST, and the USO. In 2013, they joined Langan Engineering & Environmental Services as a Senior Project Manager, where they designed multiple high-profile projects in New York City and was experienced in the NYC permitting process. In 2020, they moved to Tishman Speyer as a Project Manager, focusing on sitework, drainage, utilities, below grade construction, and agency permitting. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Driver Technologies Inc. as the Director of Partnerships, where they are turning smartphones into dash cams and providing audio alerts when drivers are at risk of a collision, falling asleep, or becoming distracted behind the wheel.

Chuck Harper attended the University of Maryland from 1998 to 2003, where they earned a degree in Civil Engineering.
