Peter Collini

Peter Collini is the Non-Executive Director at Driver Group. Prior to this, they were a partner at Riverhill Partners LLP from January 2005 to March 2022, where they provided corporate finance, debt restructuring and debt advice to private / listed / private equity businesses and government entities across many sectors. Before Riverhill, Collini was the Managing Director at Gazelle Corporate Finance from January 2003 to December 2005, where they established one of the UK's first successful independent debt advisory teams. From 1996 to 2003, Collini worked as Managing Director at Deutsche Bank, leading debt restructuring and financing advice for the bank’s clients across UK, Europe, Asia and South America including Garuda Airlines, Amey, Ratners and Queens Moat Houses. Peter was also responsible for a number of the bank’s non-performing loans including trading out of positions. Prior to Deutsche Bank, Collini worked as a Consultant at PwC from 1990 to 1996 and as an Associate Director at WILLIS FABER & DUMAS LIMITED from 1987 to 1990.

Peter Collini has a Master's Degree in Engineering from the University of Oxford.
