Tom Comerford

Tom is a chartered quantity surveyor and chartered civil engineering surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the construction and engineering industries.

He initially worked for both national and international contractors involved in all aspects of commercial management from procurement to dispute resolution on projects in the UK and overseas.

For the last 15 years he has worked in consultancy and is part of the senior management team of the Driver Trett UK business.

Tom provides and manages a range of commercial services, including regular quantum expert appointments, and has experience of most standard forms of contract including JCT, NEC, and FIDIC.
