Michael Burroughs

Michael Burroughs is currently the Assistant Director of Data Engineering at DriveTime, where they have developed expertise in database architecture. They previously held various roles at DriveTime, including Team Lead and Senior Data Engineer. Earlier in their career, Michael was a Lead Technologist at the Learning Center at UNC North Carolina, providing support and research on assistive technologies, and they served as Chief Technology Officer at Emerge Social, LLC, co-founding a social media advertising company. Michael earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
