Nathan Anderson

Nathan Anderson is the Head of Compliance at DriveTime, overseeing legal compliance in the consumer and small business lending sector. Previously, they served as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at Goldman Sachs, where they led a legal team addressing various regulatory issues. Their extensive experience also includes roles at Capital One as Senior Director and Associate General Counsel, and at McGlinchey Stafford, where they represented clients in litigation and bankruptcy cases. Nathan holds a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas A&M University.
