Nicole Werth

Nicole Werth is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in telecommunications and IT management. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Omnichannel Services and IT Service Management at DriveTime since August 2019, Nicole has held various leadership positions, including Director of Omnichannel Communication Services and Assistant Director of Telecom Engineering. Prior to DriveTime, a career at U.S. Cellular spanned from 2001 to August 2019, where Nicole progressed through roles such as Manager of Telephony Contact Center and Manager of Telephony Enterprise Solutions, culminating in the position of Sr. Infrastructure Architect for Telephony Technologies. Nicole's early career includes a role as Secretary of Telecommunications at School District U-46 from 1997 to 2001. Nicole's academic background includes studies at Illinois State University and Roosevelt University.
