Brian Cave

Brian Cave has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Brian currently holds the position of Director, Global Business Operations at DriveWealth, a position they have held since September 2023. Prior to this, they served as Senior Manager, Finance Operations at the same company from July 2022 to August 2023. Before joining DriveWealth, Brian worked at Issey Miyake USA Corp as a Senior Operations Manager from October 2019 to June 2021, and as an Operations Manager from February 2017 to September 2019. Brian also worked as a Consultant, Operations for Issey Miyake from November 2016 to January 2017. Brian has experience in human resources operations as well, having served as a Consultant, Human Resources Operations at Related Companies in July 2016. Brian has also held leadership positions in the real estate industry, including Director of Operations roles at Juice Real Estate Group at Compass from October 2015 to March 2016, and at Cain Realty Group - Keller Williams Realty from July 2014 to October 2015. Prior to that, Brian worked as the Director of Operations for Juice Real Estate Group at Compass from June 2012 to May 2014. Brian started their career as a Consultant/Contractor in operations and human resources at JB Cave Consulting from November 2010 to May 2012. Brian also has experience in the financial industry, having worked as an Assistant Vice President in human resources at Barclays Capital from October 2009 to September 2010, and at Merrill Lynch from February 2008 to January 2009. Brian also held positions as a Senior Specialist and a temporary employee in the human resources shared services team at Merrill Lynch from 2006 to 2008.

Brian Cave attended Clemson University from 1993 to 1997, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Parks, Recreation, & Tourism Management. Brian later pursued further education at Union Theological Seminary from 2003 to 2006, earning a Master of Arts degree in Theology.
