Melvin Ho is a market compliance leader with over 16 years of experience in capital markets, including roles as a regulator and trader. Currently serving as Chief Compliance Officer at DriveWealth, Melvin previously held positions such as General Manager and Head of APAC Market Compliance at Olam Agri, where they oversaw regulatory matters for APAC markets. Melvin has also worked as an Assistant Director at the Monetary Authority of Singapore, supervising institutional brokerages, and has extensive experience in asset classes and financial instruments across various global markets. In academia, Melvin is pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Digital Business and a Bachelor's in Finance with First Class Honours.
