Mital S. has extensive experience in quality assurance and technology roles. They currently serve as the Head of Quality Assurance at DriveWealth. Prior to this, Mital held the position of QA Manager (Director) - Electronic Trading Technology at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from February 2013 to June 2021. They also served as QA Manager (VP) - Electronic Trading Technology at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from June 2005 to January 2013. Before joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Mital worked as a Quality Assurance Analyst at Sungard from 2004 to 2005. They started their career at Instinet Corp. as a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer from May 2001 to June 2004.

Mital S. attended North Bergen High School from 1989 to 1993. Following that, from 1993 to 1997, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting at Saint Peter's University.
