Tim Russo

Tim Russo currently serves as Associate General Counsel at DriveWealth, a position held since August 2021, with a prior progression through roles including Senior Counsel and Legal Counsel. Before joining DriveWealth, Tim Russo was Principal Counsel, Enforcement at FINRA from February 2020 to July 2021. Previous experience includes serving as a Federal Prosecutor in the Criminal Tax Division of the U.S. Department of Justice from August 2015 to January 2020, and working as Counsel at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP from October 2009 to July 2015. Tim Russo began their career as a Law Clerk at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York and later as an Associate at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman LLP. Educational credentials include degrees from Brooklyn Law School and New York University.
