Currently serving as Senior Manager for Governance & Operations at Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Jordan leads executive forums and collaborates with corporate strategy teams to achieve enterprise objectives. Previous roles include Program Manager at Driving Forward, where Jordan supports student career development, and key positions at Trexin Consulting, Forsythe Technology, and Abbott that involved project management, IT transitions, and process optimization. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University.
