Lucas Helms, PE, is a skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in roadway design and transportation management. Currently serving as the Roadway Group Lead at DRMP since December 2023, Lucas previously held the position of State Transportation Design Lead at DRMP (formerly RKA) from July 2019 to December 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a Roadway Design Engineer at Ramey Kemp & Associates, Inc. from February 2012 to July 2019, and an internship at Naylor Transportation Engineering in June 2011. Lucas also has experience as a warehouse employee at Pasture Management INC and as a tutor at Early Bird Learning.
