Peter Osborne, P.E., is a seasoned Roadway Project Manager at DRMP and the Principal/Founder of Osborne Training & Consulting Group, LLC. With twenty years of experience in the Transportation Engineering Design Industry, Peter has a strong focus on roadway design, temporary traffic control, innovative intersection design, and pavement design. Peter managed multiple complex FDOT projects and performed quality control reviews for consultant design submittals in district two for five years. In addition, Peter has several years of experience teaching TTC certification courses throughout Florida. Peter holds a Master's degree in Project Management from The George Washington University and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the Florida Institute of Technology.
