Rachel Schmidt

Rachel Schmidt is the Florida Environmental Services Leader at DRMP, Inc. since November 2018, overseeing project management and client solutions in environmental services for FDOT, airports, and municipalities. Previous roles include Senior Environmental Scientist and Environmental Scientist at Stantec, where responsibilities involved data analysis and mapping for transportation and transmission projects. Rachel also served as Account Manager at Lake and Wetland Management, addressing waterway issues in Central Florida, and gained valuable experience as an intern at Seminole County Government's Watershed Management Division, focusing on water resource conservation and public education. An early role as an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the Marine Turtle Research Group involved monitoring marine turtle nesting patterns. Rachel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science from the University of Central Florida.
