Scott A. Garth

Scott is a Vice President and serves as West Florida Office Leader. He joined the company in 1994 serving as a Project Engineer in the firm’s Orlando office. Scott transferred to the firm’s Tampa office where he continued to gain experience as a Project Manager specializing in Water Resources/Stormwater Management and Transportation Engineering. In 2011, he was promoted to Office Leader to manage the firm’s Tampa office and build DRMP’s client base on Florida's west coast.
