Scott Benson is currently the Structures Chief Engineer at DRMP, a position held since 2025. Prior to this role, Scott accumulated extensive experience as a Senior Transportation Engineer at Patrick Engineering from 1999 to 2004, and as a Senior Structural Engineer at both STV and Kudrna & Associates, Ltd. from 2011 to 2019 and 2007 to 2011, respectively. Scott also worked as a Senior Bridge Inspector for the Illinois Department of Transportation from 1990 to 1999 and served as a Structural Engineer at Knight E/A, Inc. from 2004 to 2007. They are pursuing a Civil Engineering degree at the College of DuPage and hold a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
