Rahul Kumar is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations analysis and management. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Analyst at Droisys Inc since November 2016, Rahul previously held the position of Assistant Manager at VERTEX MANAGEMENT LIMITED, where responsibilities included establishing a centralized Management Information System for multiple telecommunications processes across India. Prior to that, Rahul worked at AEGIS as a Lead Manager, focusing on forecasting and performance data analysis, and began a career in operations management as a Team Lead at Sparsh Communications Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities encompassed maintaining employee databases and client interactions. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Choudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut.
