DROMEAS DEVELOPMENT (DD) member of the Condellis Group of Companies deals with the development and management of real estate projects. Mainly activated in the area of commercial real estate projects, DD has already developed retail, offices, leisure, industrial and warehouse buildings and plans to develop second homes in Greece. DD deals with the all phases of project development, from land acquisition, studies, permits, financing, contracting and commissioning, to the management and maintenance of the building.

During the last decade buildings of total GLA of more than sqm 45.000 have been developed, leased and are operated. DD’s clientlist includes several multinationals (Odeon, Media Markt, Lufthansa, Fiat Auto, AB Vasilopoulos, Roche Bobois, Debflex etc) as well as big Hellenic companies (Sklavenitis, Metro C&C, etc).
